Join Jon from Acide for a 2-hour workshop where Jon will teach a preserving method of natural fermentation as he demonstrates how to make Kimchi (with a jar of Acide Kimchi to take home), followed by a hands-on workshop on how to make your own Sauerkraut – which you’ll then get to take home!
