Holy Water is a winter-feast of the senses. A good time. It’s smooth tastings and a warm belly.
Running over a weekend, our sessions are broken into four, four-hour windows, Friday 6 – 10pm, Saturday 1 – 5pm / 6 – 10pm or Sunday 2 – 6pm.
For $65 you’ll receive entry, a branded tasting glass, unlimited tastings, live music programmed by the famed Lulie Tavern in Abbotsford and an opportunity to sit by the fire and enjoy a cocktail with friends.
We have deliberately kept it niche. Our exhibitors consist of 30 of Victoria’s best distillers. There’s a lot of great talent out there and for our first event we wanted to hero Victoria.
We will have a considerable no-low category and, of course, beer and wine is also available at the main bar. There are food trucks, an oyster bar and antipasto stations.
All exhibitors will have the opportunity to show-off their skills, with cocktails available for sale. If you taste something you love; buy a bottle and take it home with you.
Seaworks, our venue has been chosen for its vast indoor, outdoor capacity.
If travelling from city, we encourage you to travel by ferry. Our ferry ticket, The Reveller, will get you a return trip, cocktails, food and live music for just $70.
Holy Water’s extensive masterclasses are available to book for free on a first in, first served basis - so get in quick as there are limited spaces. Here you will learn from Victoria’s best bartenders, chefs and producers - their passion for, and approach to, their craft.
Our exclusive dining experiences will soon be announced, with pairings presented by renowned chefs and industry experts. As there is a considerable eating component, these tickets are available for an additional price.
Our festival is a passion project. Collectively we have more than 30 years’ experience delivering major music festivals and running some of Melbourne’s best hospitality venues.
We’ve put a lot into it and we hope you like it.
